Shopify - ecommerce tracking

We don’t have any data in our Ecommerce reports for a Shopify store.

I have installed the basic container in the liquid.header file and I can see data in all the other reports.

I can see any thank_you page views in PIWIK so I suspect I am losing visibility of users as the pass through the checkout page.

Do I need to setup Piwik Pro through the new(er) custom pixels feature of the customer events section of Shopify?

I am not very technical, so I’d need help with the code if that’s the case.
