Stg.click not firing

Hello,

On rare occasions, it seems like some clicks are not detected: the event “stg.click” doesn’t fire.

For example, all clicks on the <div class ="social"> element and its children are not detected. While those that occur on the above div with the class “hide_mobile imprimer button tag-produit-imprimer fiche_produit_button” or the link with the class “telecharger_fiche_produit tag-produit-telech-fiche button fiche_produit_button” are firing an stg.click.

I don’t see what prevents the event from being sent.

Any idea?

Thank you

Hi, could you please provide me with a URL to the website you are referring to? You can leave it here or send it to me via private message if you prefer to.

I’m having a similar problem, I have div element (that triggers an accordion effect) that fires a gtm.click normally when clicked, but not the stg.click event. I can’t see any CSS that could cover the div element that’s being used as the trigger.

My debugging skills don’t go far enough to research whether the JS library that’s used for the accordion effect could be the cause.

I don’t have a link to provide since the issues I have are in an extranet.
