Text for Data Protection in GDPR countries

Hi there,

We are looking to implement Piwik on a website that has to be highly GDPR compliant.

For that we require an appropriate text snippet to implement on our Data Protection webpage. The website is in German, but I can translate it myself if necessary.

Any hints towards where one could find such a thing?
