What time zone should I see associated with the data appearing in the tracker debugger?

Iā€™m in the U.S. Eastern time zone. I just did a quick test and date/time shown for my session in tracker/debugger matched my test session. (i.e., my current time at entering the site was 11:59AM and tracker/debugger showed the same time.)
