I have a custom report showing me which version of each OS is most used by our visitors.
It works well, except for Desktop > Mac users. The most used version seems 10.15 Catalina from there (above 98%), but in reality it’s a quite outdated version
Googling it I’ve found out it’s actually a bug from Apple. It is marked as solved here 216593 – [macOS] Limit reported macOS release to 10.15 series since end of November 2024. If I look at my Piwik Pro data from 2025 though, Catalina still has more than 96%.
Do you know if a real solution has still to be released by Apple or if something has to be updated on Piwik Pro side, in order to grab the correct info?
