Tracking stopped in reports but showing in debug

I’ve followed all the steps in Analytics is not tracking any data. How to troubleshoot? and can confirm that everything appears to be working however at around 3pm yesterday our reports stopped charting the data.

I can confirm:

1. the date range selected is correct
2. tracking code installed correctly
3. tracking library is loaded
4. IP isn’t excluded for all users

I’ve looked in the tracker debugger and can see data coming in and users on site however this is not appearing in any reports across the Piwik platform.

Hi @ProfessorBalthazar, We have stopped processing data from the data collection module to analytics after encountering some issues there. We are currently working on this and I’ll get back to you as soon as we get rid of it. There’s no data loss, you just won’t see new data appear in the analytics (this is why you see data in the tracker debugger but not analytics).
