I’ve been helping my university college digital marketing students create Piwik Pro core accounts, but some aren’t receiving confirmation emails.
Any advice or solutions would be appreciated.

thanks for letting us know! Please ask your colleagues to check SPAM folder and make sure our email robot@piwik.pro is whitelisted so your email providers will not block our emails. If they can’t find the registration emails can you ask your colleagues to ping me in a personal message with the email address they wanted to register with?
I’ll probably be able to find their registrations and confirm them on my end.
