Where is the "Opt out generator"?

Hi,

I try to implement PIWIK PRO as the french CNIL recommands it to allow consent exemption.
It is told about an Opt-out generator to allow visitor to not be tracked if they really want to.
But I do not find it in the interface.

Is it because the account of my client is a free one ?

Hi. It’s available in Administration → Settings → Opt-out form.
