after the visitors give their consent is possible to have a button to the cookie settings so the visitor can change is mind? My DPO told me is a must, but with consent manager i cannot find anything (only the reminder to give the preference).

Sure, in your instance please navigate to Menu => Consent manager => Forms => Privacy policy => Privacy settings on your page. Here you are able to edit the design of the popup that allows users to open consent banner again and change their settings there, and view the code, which you should copy and place in the source code.
