High, we are looking to avoid consent and just want basic data, without any cookie.
For some reason this is not working as expected with these settings.
Yes I tried other browsers and incognito and even 3th party tools that report cookies.
Any solutions to have zero cookies ?

Did you try to clear cookies once these settings were applied? (maybe these are old cookies)
When it comes to your setup, I would recommend turning on the Use a session hash option since when both options are turned off each event will be a new session. The “Use a session hash” option won’t create cookies.
