Hello I turned off the option “use visitor cookies” but the cookies _pk_id.and_pk_ses.` are always here, how can I delete them for ever ?

How are you checking if those cookies exist? My advice would be to test it using incognito mode. Please also double check which domain these cookies relate to since those could be also cookies created while browsing Piwik PRO’s UI.
