After using the PIWIK consent setup succesfully for weeks and even months, including Consent Mode v2, the banner suddenly stopped appearing. Our tech team verified that nothing has changed; GTM is still active, and the tag and script remain unchanged. We did notice that the privacy policy page was not displaying correctly, so we updated the link, but the banner still does not appear. Additionally, when previewing through GTM, the consent update events (etc.) are no longer firing. We hope to find a solution for this.
