I’m facing a banner problem.
I do have one domain and subdomain.
https://don.ihu-reconnect.org/
I followed steps to make a follow across domain + subdomain but my cookies banner still displayed even if i accepted it on the top domain…
I’m not a developer, and i just want the automatic and simple way to share the consent banner when it accepted.
Can someone give me an answer about that ?

Could you elaborate on what steps you took to set up sharing consent between subdomains? Are both tracked with the same tracking code? Did you specify the domain/subdomain in the privacy settings? (In the administration panel)

This is the same tracking code on both website : (the banner consent and tracking is working on both)

I see the issue, thanks for the screenshots! As you can see in the description - “Each value you type in will create a bucket of shared consents”. So, in your case, entering *.ihu-reconnect.org should fix the issue.
