Cookie Consent Banner does not show up on my WordPress installation

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for this great product.

I installed PiwikPro on a WordPress website through the Plugin. The tracking is working, since the analytics is already logging visitors. However, the consent cookie banner is not showing up on the website.

I followed the guide that you have here on the website and made sure that the cookie banner is enabled.

Any ideas, why this is happening and what I can do about it?

Hi :slight_smile: Let’s confirm a few things:

  • could you paste screenshots of your settings?
  • which plugin exactly did you use to install the container code?
  • can you share that URL where it is installed?
