Hello I had to change the email for some accounts that I managed and even if I have deleted theme I cannot recreate again because it says the account already exist. Is there some way to deleted for good and redo the registration again?

Can you specify - you deleted the email from the account or you deleted the account?
Deleting the user (email) does not delete your whole account, so you should be able to be invited to existing account with a new email.

Hi @Tymek I have deleted the account and I have to do the registration again but it says “account already exist”.
The reason for the error is that the account name has already bee assigned (even if the account is deleted). You simply need to pick another account name and the registration should go smoothly.

ok with one account I managed to make it work while the other one now gives me the error “We’ve run into a problem with your form. Please try again later.”
Can you tell me the account name that does not allow to go through?
