Phone number click tracking not working

Hello,
I’m trying to track the phone number clicks from a website.
Here is the tag

and the trigger

Tag is not firing when I check in debug mode, but when I am checking the events log I can see that when clicking the phone number a gtm.click shows and not an stg.click. There is also GA4 installed on the website.
Also, I am already tracking a whatsapp button clicks and some other pages/links and it’s working.
Can you please guide me on how can I track the phone number clicks?
