Hi,
I’m trying to connect Google Ads to a piwik pro site.
The connection is completed
but when I try to add an account I see this error: “A problem occurred while integrate with Google Ads. Try again later. If the problem persists, please contact the owner of the organization.”
Could anyone help me with this topic? What are the possible reasons why this happens?

What is your Piwik PRO account/instance name (example.piwik.pro)? You can post it here or in a private message.

We have identified the problem. It seems that the integration has been correctly processed, but the users have not been added and it will require a fix from our side. We will get back to you as soon as the fix has been implemented.
