Access to Google Ads has been denied, revoked or expired

I received an email from robot@piwik.pro, saying:

Hi, we noticed that your Google Ads credentials are no longer valid for this site.

This affects your integration with Piwik PRO and we can’t download Google Ads data now.
Reenter your credentials in Piwik PRO > Menu > Analytics > Settings > Google Ads.

When I click “Reauthorize this app”, it loads the “Sign in with Google” page, but I get this message:

Access blocked: This app’s request is invalid. You can’t sign in because this app sent an invalid request. You can try again later, or contact the developer about this issue.

Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch

If I try to click on three dots in the Analytics > Settings > Google Ads to see if I can deactivate and reactive the account, they are greyed out and I see this message:

The permissions for this account have been lost. Contact the owner of this account for more information.

I have not changed any settings in Google Ads or Piwik. Any advice on how I can fix this so Piwik reconnects to Google Ads?

Confirming that the work the Piwik team did fixed the issue: I was able to reconnect our Google Ads account.
