I’m not sure what happened with our integration on 16th May, however it states the Abandonded Basket value was over £14 Billion.
Going forward, this is going to mess with our reporting unless we always remember to exclude this particular day. Is there a way to remove this clearly incorrect data? Yes it’s incorrect, we’re not ‘that’ popular yet ha.

This kind of looks like a malicious attempt. In general, the plugin takes the product/cart/order values from WooCommerce.
The Core plan doesn’t have the option to delete particular data points. You would have to exclude this with a segment or a report filter (e.g. using a visitor ID). I’m aware that this is not an ideal solution but this is the best you can do to exclude such cases.
