Subdomain as a traffic source

Hello,

I have the following structure:

I see in the traffic source “web.mysite.com / referral”
It seems I’m loosing the tracking at a moment.
I checked and all pages are concerned.

How could I solve it?

It doesn’t really mean that you’re losing data.

Possible scenario:

  1. Somebody visited web.mysite.com and left this website in some browser tab for more than 30 mins. So the session expired.
  2. Then the person switched to this tab and navigated to mysite.com via link. Since it was the first event of the session, the referrer was set to web.mysite.com.
