Tags prioritization / consent initialization

Hey Piwik PRO community!

I was wondering wether Piwik PRO Tag Manager had that tags prioritization features as in GTM?
I am using Piwik PRO along with cookiebot and I’d like to make sure that cookiebot is the very first script loaded.

I know that this is ensured with the “consent initialization” trigger in GTM.
Does Piwik PRO Tag Manager has an equivalent?
