Unable to authorize data source to Looker Studio

I am unable to connect data to Looker Studio. The authorization fails, after loading it just returns to the authorization/credentials page. Any ideas? I’m certain I am using correct path, API keys (client ID and secret). The connection worked last week.

Would you mind sending me the credentials in a private message? I’ll test them outside of the connector, so we’ll see what’s the actual problem with them :slight_smile: .

This error was due to some changes in the authentication fields, using only the first part of the account name (‘accountname’ instead of ‘account.piwik.pro’) fixed the issue. Thank you Anthony for your help!

We also have this problem in all our reports using the Piwik Pro LookerStudio Connector. We have tried both using the “accountname.piwik.pro” and only the “accountname” however it does not seem to work.

It was working this morning, but then all of a sudden wanted us to authorize the connector…

I also needed to reload the report after authorizing the connector, in order for it to start working again.

Unfortunately that did not work. I have also tried creating a copy of a LookerStudio Report, removing the data source and then reconnecting it. However I still face the same issue.

I have also tried creating a fresh report with another clients accountname, Client ID and Client Secret but I am encountering the same issue. So this seems to be an issue with the Piwik Pro Data Connector.

Could you send me the API credentials (client ID and client secret) and the path (account name) that you are inputting into the authentication fields? In a private message of course.
