On the pricing page it now says that if you exceed your action limit you will not be charged overage fees, but will be automatically upgraded to a higher tier. Is this something that very recently changed? I am convinced that when I read the FAQ a while back it said you’d be charged the overage fees and only be upgraded if you exceed your limit on a regular basis.
