I’m trying to understand a basic concept in Piwik. A report shows there are more than 100% visitors and sessions if you add the numbers up from the different browsers and sessions.
How should I interpret this? How can there be more than 100%?
If the same user updated chrome within the selected date range, he’s counted twice. That is not taken into account when we generate totals which are not grouped by the dimension value (in this case browser version).
