Hi! How do I see where visitors are coming from to a specific page? I do not mean from what channel but from what other page on our site. I feel dumb for not getting this.

There are no dumb questions - the thing you are looking for is Page + Previous Page URL dimensions together in report.
Go to category Behavior → Pages report → in the table next to the Page URL press + and add new additional column → Add Previous Page URL
You should see something like this:
If you need often easy access to this report - you can edit and save this setup with top right Customize button, it will be available in custom reports for later.
