What is causing this and how can I fix them?
Two installation codes on the same page. For some reason, the code is executed twice.
It’s not the case. The error only appears on some random pages, randomly over time, without intermediate modifications to the code. So there should something else that triggers this?
I’d look around your CMS system / website. Maybe it somehow compiles / caches the javascript code.
Can you share at least one URL when it can be reproduced?
