We are currently tracking heatmaps of our website, however we face an issue that in our URL’s the customerID and productId is mentioned.
This means that we track the heatmap of each individual product page and customer specific.
To be more specific we have a page https://somedomain.com/[customer identification]/page

When viewing the heatmap we can see the heatmap per customer as we need to browse to the specific url to view it. I’d like to see the heatmap over all customers, is there a way to do this?

Hi. The Heatmaps plugin does not support such aggregation out of the box. I might have one idea, but I have to check that with the team.
