Hi, is it possible to use heatmaps for mobile only applications, I know you can only view it using the chrome site inspector but wanted to check if there were any work arounds or other extensions that may allow this please?

Sorry to say that but for now the only possible way to see how heatmaps perform is by using our site inspector. No other workaround for the mobile apps yet
