Error 404 on tracking JS

Hi,

I have add a new website in my piwik account and set it manually

I have check the .js file and I have a 404 error as the file seems to be missing.
https://gehealthcare.containers.piwik.pro/1232ef74-e2dc-4002-b5e2-15dadceafab2.js

In tag manager, website address is also empty

I have even tried to cancel the website from Piwik and add it again (so get another Site ID) but the problem is the same.

On this account I have another website and the other one is working correctly without any problem

Any idea on what could be the problem and how to solve it ?

I have an error console log :

It seems that Piwik did not generate the JavaScript file.
