Exclude Payment platform from referrals

Hello Piwik Pro users.

I can see in other topics that my question has already been addressed, but not solved.

My client’s website is https://online-services.domain-name.ch. Payments occur on the global platfom of the client, payment.domain-name.com, another website (same domain name, but different tld).

Although " Start a new session when the referrer changes" is off, the payment platform still appears as a referral, and collected about 20% of the transactions last month.

Is there a setting when I can exclude the platform from referrers, as it is the case with Google Analytics?

Hi @Jean-Michel_Fontaine,

Try adding the http://payment.domain-name.com/ to the list of the URLs in Site or app address:

This will stop the tool from seeing this url as a website channel from that link.
