Google Sheets Integration Not Working

I installed the Piwik PRO Google Sheets integration via the Google Workspace Marketplace. However, while I can authenticate, the “API Query” and “Get Raw Data” options do nothing. I enter the needed information and nothing returns.

Is there potentially an issue with this integration? I only found two prior threads tied to it:

  • This one where the user ended up using Supermetrics.
  • This one that demos it, but then suggests using their third-party tool instead.

To that second bullet: the third-party tool (LogBaker) does appear to work, but I need to play around with it more. It’s weird the official integration is not working.

Hi Jason,

When testing Google Sheets integration, no issues were spotted. Attempting incorrect API credentials, incorrect API call definition for report or incorrect data with raw data produces error popups. Pulling empty data still populates headers. Maybe try: Reinstalling, re-configuring credentials; or Ensuring permissions for site & Analytics.

Thanks for the quick response, @Oliwer_Kaczmarek . I think it was a Chrome-based cookie or cross-session issue. Once I cleared my settings and tried this in a separate, dedicated Chrome session in Google Sheets, it worked.
