Thanks for your suggestion - we’re working on publicly available Status Page displaying the performance and incidents of Piwik PRO components. It’s now in internal testing phase, so while I cannot provide you with a specific release date, it’s sooner than later.
We will inform in our public changelog about its availability to everyone.

You can check the status of your service by adding /status to your account address just as in the following example: https://your-instance.piwik.pro/status.
Kindly note that this feature is currently in beta and is not yet accessible to all accounts.
