"No data" in device brand & model

Hi. I was wondering, why there are large chunks of “No data” in the device brand & model reports? And is there any way of fixing this?

1 month:

Device brand
Apple: 2.823 visitors
No data: 1.580 visitors
Samsung: 204 visitors
etc.

Device model
No data: 3.008 visitors
iPhone: 1.322 visitors
iPad: 33 visitors
etc.

Isn’t it just a desktop device, for which it’s not possible to determine brand and model? I’d apply device/os segments and check how this data changes.

The device type Desktop matches approx. with the “No data” block in Device model
