Had the same issue here. Not working with the WP plugin, through GTM no problem. If you like to check > https://www.infralia.com/ Plugin settings are correct.

Hi. Maybe your current template is missing the hook we’re using to insert the container code to the HTML tree? See related reply: Tracking doesn't work wich custom wordpress theme - #3 by p.niewiadomski Other option might be some cache’ing mechanism. If you use cache, please refresh it.
