Not tracking any data

Our client has been on Piwik PRO for about two weeks now. Since Friday, the numbers are acting weird. They get near to no visitors on their website. This morning, they sent out an email and no visitors were measured. The tracker debugger is measuring events though but the delay is longer than normal.

Could someone perform a check if everything is normal today.

In attachment a screenshot that shows the drop since Friday, which isn’t normal. No changes have been though to the tracking.

Hi. We’re actively working on resolving this issue. No data is lost. There is a delay in making it available for reporting.

Hi. Yes, it’s a global issue. We should start reprocessing the data shortly, but I can’t give any ETA yet.
