We have exceeded our Action Limit even though we have disabled the scroll event and heartbeat ping action. Most of the excessive actions are from the custom event, which we do not track. Can you assist us with this issue?

Please create a meta site where you will put all of the individual sites that are under your instance and check the custom event report (Menu → Analytics → Reports → Custom events). It should give you a clue to what are those events.

We have created a meta-site and discovered that heatmap
events were being fired. We disabled that, but heatmaps events are still firing. Can you help me with this?
