We need a way to get a notification (either through a trigger or in an automated report) to get a notification out, whenever a request from a user is made. Currently we cannot see how this can be acheived with API or as a report, so we have to manually go to the “Request from visitors” page and check if any requests have been made. All we need is a way to automate this check so we can take action when needed, even a simple mail or SMS would be welcome.
Such things can be achieved with paid CDP module - for example you can set up Slack notification when users perform specific action.
