What mail server do you use? Usually, the reason is a strict spam filter.
Hi I got my IT team aligned on this, but they need what would be the email address that I would receive scheduled emails
Please whitelist piwik.pro domain. If you need full e-mail, pick robot at piwik.pro.

Thanks a lot for the previous suggestion, now we are able to get emails of schedule reports, but when we get the mail, especially for CSV format, the file comes in as a link, how to get this CSV file as an attachment
CSV is not attached because it can easily exceed the limit for attachment size. It will be always a link.
