Hello, i am using a user flow to understand the incoming traffic to a page url. Some of the results do not have a link to the page url that is used as a key interaction, nor is it possible to access that page through the menu/footer or anything like that. So how are users coming to the page url without a direct link? The user flow is also set to strict mode. Thanks!
I don’t know your website’s structure or how the report is set up - I can look into it if you want, you can send me the URL via private message. Could it be possible that some visitors are not clicking on the link but directly entering the page?
