Thank you for quick response. So the problem is that we do not know the true location of our users, only the location of their internet service provider. Is there a way to report the location of the user and not the internet service provider?

As I mentioned earlier, the only location data Piwik PRO collects is estimated based on the IP address. Unfortunately, there is no other way of finding out the location of users.
