Your search engine list for channel definitions (About default channels | Piwik PRO help center) is missing a few. I regularly see traffic from the following search engines categorized as a website visit with referral as the medium:

As a temporary solution I can suggest to create a custom channel grouping assigning there all missing search engines and using it for reporting purposes
