Business Plan Pricing Discrepancy!

@Tymek, hoping you can help.

I followed two different paths to estimated pricing for an instance with three domains (fvdublin.piwik.pro) and am getting two wildly different prices:

  1. Clicking on “Upgrade” inside the instance - Loading... :

The pricing for #2 is acceptable. #1 isn’t. The difference appears to be the result of domains for CMP (#1 is priced for all 3 domains while #2 is estimating pricing for 1 domain) BUT, being in the U.S., I don’t need CMP at all.

Can I eliminate CMP entirely?

Hi @David_Culbertson, I don’t understand the case to be honest.

In the first screenshot you marked 3 CMP domains, in the second one there’s one and they are causing the difference. The first domain is for free-like and you will need to mark it, the pricing is build for both products and even if in the back-end I remove this domain it will not reduce the price.

To clarify: if there are three domains in an instance, do I have to pay for the CMP x 3?

The volume of CMP Domains refers to the number of domains on which you want to display consent banner. It is not the number of Sites or Apps in Piwik PRO, so if you don’t need any CMP just leave there 1 as default value and decide about the volume of events you’ll need in a month.
