Can't log in, my email has a plus sign in it

Hi.

I signed up with a [myusername]+piwikpro@gmail.com e-mail account, and I am not able to log in.

I use a password manager, so the password is correct. I’ve been able to receive a password reset e-mail and reset the password successfully.

What should I do? Who do I contact if I need to change the e-mail address?

From the records, it seems the password reset went successfully and I see you logged in and managed to change some settings in your account.
For the sake of clarity - can you confirm the problem was put to bed?

I hadn’t actually logged in, but was able to now. Maybe it took a while to activate. :slight_smile:
