Heat map displays only solid red

Hi

I have setup the heat map & click map, i have used the piwik tag manager.

The scroll map and click map is working. But the heat map only shows a solid red color all over the page without any gradient, does anyone know what could cause this?

Hi @MJJ,

It’s most likely due to the presence of an element in the most outer layer that is being clicked, because of which you have a whole red screen over. If you’re not able to remove it then all there is to do is just to not use heatmap and focus on click map and scroll map.
